Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos has fixed April 9, as the date for the judgment of convicted cross-dresser, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky.
The judge also ordered that he should be returned to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s (EFCC) custody pending the judgment.
Bobrisky had earlier pleaded guilty to the four charges of Abuse of the Naira.
The court, however, struck out the 5th and 6th charges bordering on money laundering.
