Finchglow Holdings is an umbrella corporation that houses six subsidiaries that are not only strategic but also operating independently.
The Group Managing Director (GMD) of Finchglow Holdings is Mr. Bankole Bernard and he is behind the aggressive transformation that gave birth to the six subsidiaries .
Speaking to journalists at a media briefing recently, Bernard disclosed that Finchglow Holdings journey started in 2006. and that back then, it was a travel agency, Finchglow Travels Limited, retailing travel and tourism services to individuals and businesses from a single office.
He stated presently, the conglomerate of businesses makes up the one-stop point for end-to-end travel management (business and leisure), aviation personnel development, B2B consolidation and cargo logistics.
Bernard informed that the six young men and women heading the subsidiaries will speak briefly on their various organisation missions and what they offer.
The GMD, who is also the Chairman of Association of African Aviation Training Organisation of Nigeria(AAATON), stated that happily the subsidiaries are operating independently and delivering unparalleled services .

Finchglobal is a Limited Nigerian registered cargo operator that provides safe, reliable, and efficient air cargo services, within and outside Nigeria.
According to the Head of Business for Finchglow Global,Adenekan Babatunde Finchglobal Nigeria Limited was incorporated in Nigeria in March 2020 and has continued to provide professional services since then. Adenekan explained that with Finch Global wide coverage in Nigeria, it can receive and dispatch all types of aircraft and flights at all Nigerian airports.
He further explained that Finch Global Nigeria Limited is a General Sales and Service Agent(GSSA) to several international air carriers and that it is also the NCAA authorised agent of foreign airlines and a Nigerian Customs Licenced Clearing and Forwarding Agent.
Lagos Aviation Academy
Lagos Aviation Academy(LAA) is an aviation training academy whose mission is to drive the growth of the aviation industry through the development and mastery of aviation professionals.
Speaking on the school, Head of LAA, Bolaji Durojaiye, said that the academy is a member of the Association of Airline Training Organisation in Nigeria (AATON), where the Group Managing Director of Finchglow Holdings, Mr Bernard is the Chairman is certified by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and approved by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) ,
These certifications, the Head of LAA said, gives the LAA the full license to operate in its full capacity.
He informed that in line with this, the academy offers industry-wide training courses in travel & tourism, aviation, operations, management, and personal effectiveness.
He stated that in its 5 years of existence, the academy has graduated over 2,400 students and produced IATA Best Performer in Nigeria for four consecutive years – 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022 respectively.
