Says LAA Now Has Over 100 Students

The Group Managing Director of Finchglow Holdings, Mr Bernard Bankole has stated categorically that there will be a deliberate paradigm shift in the Holdings’ operations in 2025 that will create huge impact on people.
This is just as he disclosed that the total number of students undergoing various courses at the Lagos Aviation Academy(LAA) has risen to over 100 students .

Bernard said this while speaking to a select journalists during a media appreciation event at LAAA premises in Lagos today.

Speaking further, the GMD,said that the paradigm shift which will be intentional in nature, is aimed at changing the way Finchglow Holdings runs its business and which will inturn create very huge
impact on everyone.

The deliberate paradigm shift which Finchglow Holdings has embarked on, he said necessitated the bringing in of Mr. Olugbenga Onitilo to head one of Finchglow Holdings’ subsidiaries; TravelDen.

Onitilo, the GMD, explained will bring to bear in the subsidiary his wealth of experience in other areas to strengthen TravelDen in particular and Finchglow Holdings in general.

According to him, “There is going to be paradym shift this year with increase leadership team by bringing in.Mr. Gbenga Onitilo. He will be leading one of our subsidiaries. We are bringing in Olugbenga Onitilo to change the way business are done. We are making changes that must be felt by everyone.”

“Finchglow Holdings will be making a whole lot of changes in the way business are done .We want people to feel the impact of our deliberate changes.’
Bernard, who is elated with the feat achieved by Finchglow Holdings so far, attributed the achievements to the disruptive style introduced by the entity.

He further stated that She’ll Nigeria account secured by one of the subsidiaries further testified to the disruptive efforts put in by personnel of the organisation.

Also speaking, the Managing Director of FCM,Adejoju Olutimayin said that the Shell Nigeria contract secured by Finchglow Holdings was due to the distinct way of managing its business, adding that with Shell account secured , other entities will also be secured very soon.
Olutimayin , who did not disclosed FCM trade secret,said that she should would like to remain silent on that .

On Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR),Olutimayin said that the plan for this year is to feed a large number of the less privileged.

She hinted that the entity’s intention was to feed 500 less privileged but that with Shell Nigeria’s account in Finchglow Holdings kitty, the number of the less privileged will be increased from 500 to 1000.

“We also want the less privileged to feel our impact. she said.

The FCM Managing Director also disclosed that Finchglow Holdings also won British America Tobacco(BAT) account last year and that more accounts would be won having secured that of Shell.
On his part, the Head of School & Training, Lagos Aviation Academy, Mr. Balaji Durojaiye has stated that the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has increased the number of Cabin Crew LAA can train at its facility from 25 to 50.

He attributed the increase to the distinct way of operation, the facilities at the school and the conducive environment provided by the school.

He also revealed that the school now also has the facilities and capability to train Cabin Crew on Embraer aircraft and Canadian Regional Jet(CRJ).
