The Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) has released its final draw for the 35th edition of the TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
In CAF’s final draw, Nigeria was drawn into Group C
Nigeria is the ceded team in Group C of the Africa Cup of Nations.
Other countries in Group C are : Tunisia, Uganda and Tanzania.
Many Nigerians have described the group as an easy group considering the fact that Uganda and Tanzania are not regarded as tough opponents in Africa football.
The competition will begin on December 21 and end on January 18, 2026.
Morocco is the host nation while Rabat is the host city
