The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has stated that the agency will formally organise the 3rd edition of the FAAN National Aviation Conference (FNAC 2025), on 17 and 18 November 2025 at the Eko Convention Centre, Eko Hotels & Suites, Lagos.
According to FAAN the event with the theme, “Elevating the Nigerian Aviation Industry through Investment, Partnerships, and Global Engagements,” is designed to stimulate critical dialogue, attract investment, and deepen collaboration across all segments of the aviation value chain.
FAAN explained that FNAC 2025 will bring together top-tier stakeholders, including industry regulators, government officials, international investors, development partners, technical experts, and captains of industry.
The essence of the conference, FAAN further explained is to reflect on Nigeria’s aviation progress, address emerging challenges, and explore new pathways to strengthen the sector’s global relevance.
On the significance of this year’s event, the Chairperson of the FNAC 2025 Organising Committee and FAAN’s Director of Human Resources and Administration, Dr Emiola Luqman, underscored the enormous potential currently unfolding within Nigeria’s aviation industry.
“The Nigerian aviation industry is at a defining stage, presenting vast opportunities for investment and innovation. With its large and growing population, strategic geographical position, and the Federal Government’s commitment to infrastructure development and regulatory reform, Nigeria offers a strong value proposition for investors,” Luqman, said.
Luqman further noted that FNAC continues to evolve into a highly credible platform for constructive engagement, strategic partnerships, and industry-wide collaboration.
“FNAC 2025 will demonstrate how far we have progressed and the immense potential that lies ahead,” she added.
Since its launch, the FAAN National Aviation Conference has gained national and regional prominence as a forum for knowledge exchange, policy formulation, and investment mobilisation.
The conference has consistently contributed to strengthening operational standards, promoting innovation, and supporting the development of modern aviation infrastructure across Nigeria.
The 2025 edition, FAAN said will feature an extensive programme of activities, including: Expert-led industry panel discussions; A high-level Investment Forum focused on funding opportunities and partnership models; A State Governors’ Forum exploring regional investment prospects; Aviation exhibitions showcasing cutting-edge technologies and services; A Career Fair aimed at nurturing the next generation of aviation professionals.
FAAN extended an open invitation to all stakeholders – including investors, government agencies, airlines, service providers, and development organisations – to participate in this strategic gathering.
FAAN emphasised that FNAC 2025 will play a pivotal role in strengthening collaboration, expanding investment opportunities, and charting a sustainable and globally competitive future for Nigeria’s aviation sector.
