Hawaz International Dynamics Ltd, a newly incorporated aviation and travel services company, said it has officially commenced operations following its successful incorporation under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020 by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) on March 13, 2025.
A statement signed by the Chairman/CEO of the company, Alhaji,Tai Ejibunu, explained that the company entered the aviation industry with a strong commitment to excellence, professionalism, innovation, and timely delivery of service, positioning itself as a strategic player within Nigeria’s rapidly evolving aviation ecosystem.
Hawaz International Dynamics Ltd has obtained operational recognitions and certifications from major aviation and travel regulatory institutions including the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA), International Air Transport Association (IATA), National Association of Nigeria Travel Agencies (NANTA), and the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).
Speaking on the official launch of the company, the management stated that Hawaz International Dynamics Ltd was established to bridge operational gaps within Nigeria’s aviation sector by providing reliable, efficient, and globally compliant aviation support services.

Processing of landing and overflight permits

According to the company, one of its major strengths lies in the extensive experience of its leadership team, which possesses over 80 years of cumulative aviation industry experience.
The Chairman of the company retired as the Director of Air Transport Management at the Federal Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development, bringing exceptional expertise and institutional knowledge to the organisation.
The management further emphasised that the company’s operational philosophy is rooted in strict adherence to international aviation standards, including ICAO, IATA, NCAA, and NAMA regulations.
