The conflict between China and Japan, North and South Korea,Russia vs Ukraine,Israel vs Philistine,America vs Iran and Iraq, Southern vs Northern Sudan, ECOWAS vs Mali, Niger, B/Faso and the dispute between France, it allies and former colonies.
These are selected case studies on conflicts around the world. Some of these disputes spans decades, while others have lasted for few years caused by diplomatic row, lack of agreement on terms, violations of sovereignty and humanitarian rights, show of force and power, display of military, economic, political power to carve a niche among commity of nations, proxy wars and continuation of the Cold War after the World War (WWII) .

These are strata’s of national ratings in terms of economic power, industrial advancement, military might, political advancement and development, social stability, population growth and development, leadership styles and acceptance globally,
.

Experts in the fields of International Affairs and Diplomacy,Governance,Politics, Military and Security Studies,Economics and Finance have important roles to play as advisors to their governments and organisations around the globe.
Every nation has one thing or the other required by another, even those countries in the desert and Sahel have the advantage of right of passage, routes and transits for citizens of under developed nations migrating to America,Europe, Asia and other Island countries of interest.
The wealth of nations their naturally endowed resources forms part of their challenges. Other nations with interest stirs wars and conflicts to gain access and to exploit while the crisis last.
Some security challenges are products of national interest and desire to extend their economic and political territory into other sovereign nations to exploit what they have.
The activities of Non State Actors have shown clearly in recent developments that it is not every security challenges and crisis that is rooted in war. There are those orchestrated by Non Governmental Organisations(INGOs) Humanitarian Assistance Organisations, Global Action Networks that deals in health, food and security issues canvassing for their interest and sometimes interest of other nations sponsoring their activities for their goals.
Countries must deploy and harness experts in conflict analysis to assist in analysing the root causes, basis, remote and ulterior motives, grounds and reason why the conflict and seek to address it through negotiations and other means of resolution.
At the end of every war situation, crisis and violence is negotiation and resolution. The warring parties must come together, dialogue, agree to resolve andè adapt acceptable solutions wether temporary or permanently .No nation is exempted from conflicts of interest either from internal or external sources, local or international. The roles of Conflict Analysts, Negotiators and Resolutions is key to the greater World Peace and Order.
As a member of the body of Conflict Analysts,Negotiators and Resolution experts, I recommend that diplomacy, dialogue and peace talks should be encouraged rather than show of force, military might and determination to over run sovereign nations for personal interest and economic or political gains.
