The university system is structured to graduate skilled, crafty,productive and educated individuals that add value to the growth and development of their country, provide solutions and even employment, but reverse is the case.
If a graduate from the university is not employable, something must be wrong with the system. If they cannot provide solutions to issues of growth and development,they are liabilities and not assets.
With this introduction,the university system must as a matter of necessity tailor and structure the teachings and curriculum towards producing very professional, productive, skillful and solution providers, who wether employed or not will always be relevant due to what they know and can provide as services and expertise.

The University system must understand relationship between a course of study and work place relevance, solution providers,system analysts,technical support, highly skilled individuals who are to add value to the value chain for growth and development of nations and it’s economy.
