A new hospitality entity, Signature Hotel based in Port- Harcourt, Rivers State has stated that its facilities, the delicious local and continental meals it serves customers would make them to continuously patronise the hotel
This was disclosed to Ontimenewsng.com by the Sales & Marketing Manager, Signature Hotel, Grace Moyo, during an interview at the just concluded 2025 AKWAABA Travel Market held at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos.
This is just as Moyo, told Ontimenewsng.com that the hotel is 18 months in Port-Harcourt and that the company is looking forward to establishing a facility in Nigeria’s commercial capital, Lagos.
She told the online news platform that Signature Hotel is attending AKWAABA Travel Market for the very first time on behalf of the hospitality business to see what is going and how it can sell the hotel to the world
Speaking further on what will encourage customers to make Signature Hotel a must visit, again and again, Moyo said, “The facility is beautiful. It is home away from home.”
Reminded that if customers want a place that is home away from home ,they would have stayed at their homes, Moyo said, “Have you had our meals before?, Our meals are wonderful both local and continental. We have a very nice team and they are there to serve our customers.”
The hotel, the Sales & Marketing Manager, informed is rated four star and that it prides itself as the hotel that offers exceptional customer services .
According to her, “We try to exceed the expectations of our customers and our guests. We render very good and excellent serviced to our customers both local and continental.”
The hotel, Moyo said ,
is a brand new hotel and that customer’s service is wonderful in the hotel.
” It has a very nice facility that cannot be compared to any hotel in Port Harcourt as we speak. It has very nice restaurant that offers both local and continental measls.to customers. The security at the hotel is topnotch, which is very important. The hotel”s rooms are very comfortable for both local and international customers.”
On the distance between the hotel and Port Harcourt International Airport (PHIA), Omagwa, she said that the hotel is 45 minutes away from the airport.
Speaking on Signature Hotel’s rate, Moyo said, “It is very pocket friendly. Families can come in and children can also come in . We are very friendly to our customers with the facility, services and rate we offer.”
She explained that despite the fact that the hotel is 18 months old in Port- Harcourt, it has been able to take its own share of the hospitality market in the Garden City
She pointed out that the number of months the hotel has been in existence has not deter it from competing favourable with the hospitality entities that existed before it
“We are 18 months in Port- Harcourt. So far so good we have been moving in the city and we want to create more visibility for our international customers, adding that ‘in Port-Harcourt, Lagos and Abuja, Signature Hotel is the best,” she asserted.
